Today, I am going to share one of the most wanted and favourite naan of pushtoons tradition i.e. Tandoori Naan with only three ingredients. Traditionally this Naan is baked in tandoor by heating tandoor with woods. Well, tandoor may not be available everywhere. So, there is another option i.e. Oven. You will get the same taste and colour even in Oven. This naan is served in sehri or in lunch. And even you can store it for 2 days And reheat before serving.

Ingredients
1. Flour (2-3 cups)
2. Yeast (1/2 teaspoon)
3. Salt to taste
4. Luke warm water
Recipe
1.For making the dough, mix flour, yeast and salt. 
2. Knead it well by adding luke warm water gradually and add strength to the final product.
3. Cover it with a cloth and keep it in a warm place until the dough becomes double.

4. Once the dough gets double the size, now its ready for the next step.

5. Take the dough and flattened it on a flat surface with wet hands.
6. Press the dough with wet hands to make square or round shape to the desired size.
7. Preheat oven to about 150° .
8. When flattened, take oven tray and put some oil on the tray and place the dough on the tray and bake it.

9. Check it from time to time and when the upper part is slightly baked, brush oil on it and also make 3-4 wholes in it.
10. Both the sides should be cooked properly and for this reason, you have to change sides of the dough.
11. Bake the dough until colour becomes golden brown.
11. Oven baked tandoori naan is ready to serve in sehri with tea or in lunch.
