Eid special...kulfa seviyan

Meethi sewiyan or sweet vermicelli is a quick  and an easy dessert that is made on occasions, festivals and specially on Eid. Today i am sharing recipe of this dessert but with a special flavour of kulfa. 



Ingredients:

  • Milk ( half liter)
  • Vermicelli (1 pack)
  • Kulfa ice cream 
  • Oil or desi ghee (1/4 cup)
  • Sugar( According to taste)
  • Green cardamon (5-6) 
Recipe:

1. Take a pan, heat oil and add vermicelli and cook until slightly brown. Don't over cook.
2. Boil milk and add 5-6 cardamom and sugar. When the milk comes to boil add vermicelli and cook until thickens.
3. Dish out  in a serving dish and keep in fridge for cooling. When serving, add kulfa ice cream. 
Kulfa ice cream will give this dessert an ice creamy flavour.

Tip:
  • You can skip step 1 and directly add vermicelli to milk.
  • You can also add pista , almond and khoya.
