Creamy pasta...Quick n easy

Creamy white sauce pasta



Ingredients:

1. Pasta (1pack) any type
2. Carrots (1 chopped)
3. Capsicum (1chopped)
4. Chicken (boil, when cooked shred it)
5. Garlic paste (1 teaspoon finally chopped)
6. Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
7. Red chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
8. Salt to taste
9. All purpose flour (1/4 cup)
10. Butter (1 n half tablespoons) 
11. Milk (1 n half cups)
12. Parsley for garnishing
13. Cooking oil (half cup)

Recipe:
Step 1: Pasta cooking
Boil water, add salt and 1 teaspoon cooking oil. When water comes to boil, add pasta and cook until softened (check it with a fork). Drain water and pour cold water on it.

Step 2 : Veggies cooking
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add garlic paste and saute. Then add chicken, capsicum and carrots and saute for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and black pepper. Now transfer it to a plate.

Step 3 : White sauce
In the same pan, add butter. When the butter melts, add flour and mix it. Now add milk a gradually and stir until it becomes slightly a thick paste. Add more milk if the paste is too thick. Add salt, black pepper and chilli flakes. The white sauce is ready. Now add veggies and cooked pasta and mix it well. Add parsley for garnishing . You can add cheese too.
Delicious pasta is ready to serve. You can add cheese too. But it is very delicious even without cheese.
